Returns
1. We offer free returns to customers living within the UK-
We ask that all items be returned to us within 30 days of your order being delivered, in perfect saleable condition with tags attached. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your return package.
All items must be returned new, unused and in original DomDom packaging.
If the item was a gift, we’ll issue a gift card to the email address of your choosing for the value paid.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-14 working days.
Please note delivery fees are non-refundable.
2. For any returns, please contact our Customer care team at concierge@domdom.uk with your order number and the items you would like to return, and we will provide you with the information required to return these to DomDom.
3. As a sustainable brand, we do not include any printed returns labels in any of our orders due to environmental impact. Once you contact our customer service team they will provide you with the documentation you need to return the package.
